Inside the fridge, there are 17 shelves and compartments. The refrigerator compartment is 18.5 cubic feet, which is standard for a fridge with a French door at this price. It comes with a decent size freezer in the left side. But, it's not the largest one I've seen.

The drawers are easy to open and close however I found the plastic's textured coatings to be a bit rough on my fingers.
The GE PGE29BYTFS Smart Refrigerator has all the features you'd expect from a refrigerator within this price range. This includes Wi-Fi as well as app support and GE's SmartHQ Software. The app, available for iOS and Android devices, lets you control your fridge from anywhere in world, and offers many options for customizing. It also alerts you when doors are left open, when the refrigerator or freezer needs to be defrosted and when it's time to change the filter.
It would be great it GE PYE22PYNFS could offer Precise Fill the option that is that is available in a few GE refrigerators that allow users to set the amount of cups they wish to pour out. It also has a countdown on the display of the fridge to display how much water have remaining, but that's not as effective as Precise fill.
Bosch Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator
Created to appear like a seamless piece of your kitchen Bosch's French-door refrigerator looks seamless and is an eye-catching piece. The fridge uses fingerprint-resistant stainless steel, which is a great feature for busy households. It also comes with a veggie compartment that helps keep vegetables and fruits fresher for longer and has dual compressors to ensure maximum preservation of food. The Ice maker is among the most efficient we've ever tested and produces pyramid-shaped ice that is low in use of water. This refrigerator is a great choice for single household or kitchenettes looking for a sleek design and top-of-the-line food preservation.
This refrigerator was the highest-rated refrigerator in our Refrigerators test for a few reasons. The freezer temperatures remained steady at a level that was just above 0 degrees Fahrenheit, never moving more than a fraction of an inch. This is essential in preventing freezer burn. The refrigerator section of the fridge also did well. It reached the initial temperature within an hour, and maintained the temperature throughout our testing.
Bosch is known for its top-of-the-line appliances, so it's no surprise that this counter depth refrigerator is also a smart appliance that has the option to connect to your home Wi-Fi and Bosch's Home Connect platform. The app allows you to monitor and control the refrigerator remotely using your tablet or smartphone. The refrigerator is pricey and has great features and functions at a reasonable price.
It is crucial to be aware of the limitations of your fridge. It has a limited shelf space, so you may require some creativity when storing tall objects. Also, the shelves are not impervious to sprills and could be damaged or stained by sharp objects. The trays are easily removed from the fridge. However, they must be cleaned frequently to stop the growth of mold.

LG Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator
The LG LRFLC2706S counter-depth refrigerator is a great option for those who need plenty of space in the space of a compact frame. It has a sleek, fingerprint-resistant stainless-steel finish and features thick handles that make them comfortable to grip. Inside, the fridge has an ordinary French-door design with gallon-sized bins for the doors on each door, two rows of shelves that capture spills, and a set of more spacious drawers. The top shelf on the right side can be folded in order to create more space for tall items. There's also a full-width drawer for products from the deli and an inside water dispenser.
One of the nice things about this refrigerator is that its Ice maker is located in the freezer, which makes it simple to move ice into the fridge to use as needed. The freezer has thoughtful design elements, too, like sliding drawers that help better organize the position of your items. It has a large bin to store frozen food items, and a separate bin for ice.
Smart InstaView panel is another awesome feature of the refrigerator. It allows you to manage the refrigerator's temperature as well as lighting from your smartphone. It's a simple way to monitor your fridge and manage it, especially when you're not at home.
But while the Smart InstaView is a neat feature, it doesn't add to the overall performance of the refrigerator. The refrigerator took longer to chill food and defrost it than the other fridges we test. This could be due to the larger capacity.
The doors are a different issue with this fridge. They have handles that are sunken on the front that allow shorter people to easily open them from the bottom, but they're still difficult for taller people to guide closed without slamming them. It would have been better if they came with a front-mounted handle.
The LG Counter-Depth MAX fridge is an excellent choice for those who want to combine the look of a French door refrigerator with a more efficient design. Its capacity is superior to counter-depth models and also cools evenly. It's also a little less than the most expensive counter depth refrigerator that comes with an icemaker, which makes it a great option.
Frigidaire Counter Depth French Door Refrigerator
If you're looking for an French door fridge that doesn't break the bank this Frigidaire is a solid option. It's a basic refrigerator that might not be as eye-catching as some of its competitors however it has enough features to make it a good option. Its most important feature, the temperature adjustable drawer, helps to keep food items such as vegetables and meat fresher for longer. It also has a large water dispenser as well as a good Ice machine that is fast.
Another nice feature is the "Chill Drawer" that sits above the two crisper bins. This drawer lets you redirect some of the fridge's cooling power directly to this area, meaning you can keep food items that require special attention. You can alter this feature by using a slider that's located right on the outside of the drawer. You can also alter the general cooling settings for the entire fridge. I've noticed that the generic settings work better than the specific ones.
In my tests, I discovered that the temperatures in the refrigerator were fairly consistent in different areas of the refrigerator. The temperatures in the middle, top and bottom of the refrigerator did not differ significantly from 38 degrees. This is a great performance however it doesn't make it into the top ten in our ratings.
This fridge has a few other neat features, including a temperature-monitoring display that alerts you to fluctuations and provides a forecast for the day ahead. You can also combine this fridge with a smart thermometer to get more precise measurements of the internal temperature of your fridge.
The Frigidaire FGHB2866PF's exterior is constructed of stainless steel with a grey body that has a "smudge-proof" finish. It repels fingerprints and streaks better than other stainless steel finishes I've tried.
